No offense, but I was honestly kinda' surprised that none of you suggested the extension change to me, if only as a temp work around. If so please uninstall it and see if things are better. There was nothing to like or dislike about your responses. I tried using the dds scan thing or whatever but this error won't allow me to complete it.
