If the issue persists try using different ports or different SATA or IDE devices. If I had a list of what the codes mean it may help me fix the problem. Also in the BIOS make sure ur hard disk is configured correctly and disable things u r not using like floppy dr, RAID etc. Dear ASRock Customer, Post code 0075 indicates there might be an issue with the HDD.
