Blackberry Bold Uncaught Exception Java.lang.error

I can't get it to work...everytime I remove the battery and reboot it, the screen goes to this and totally freezes up (nothing happens when I push any button). What else can I try? Thanks . I wonder whether you're ok with continuing to wait for an answer. news
