You'll have to go into the Command Prompt and work it out. fix it then... Then if I hit the reset button a couple of times, it will go into the start up repair and I end up with this message: Repair Action/ System files Integrity Time after time those settings has screwed me over.

Well, going to boot up to the Boot Repair program and see if that makes a difference. It fixed some disk errors and after a reboot Windows started as it should.
After that the system goes into startup repair and tries to search for the problem as well as attempting repairs.
